EUTOPIA Gender Week activities - interactive sessions organized by CYU and VUB

EUTOPIA is closely following the latest developments on the issues of gender dimension, which is a crosscutting priority in the Horizon Europe Programme. Because of this, the alliance is organizing two e-sessions next week, the 8th and 10th of March, within the framework of the EUTOPIA Gender Week activities.
 

1. 8 March (13h00 – 14h30) – Horizon Europe and Gender Dimension in Research, organized by the VUB. Speakers include National Contact Point Flanders  representative, as well as VUB and EUTOPIA researchers and staff, who will share their experiences.

The objective of the session is three-fold:

• Enhanced know-how and clarity on what is the gender dimension of research
• How to integrate and make relevant use of this award criteria in your research project
• To Better grasp of the different aspects  of gender requests in preparing a research project proposal

2. 10 March (09h00 – 11h00) – Club Euro - Workshop on the gender dimension in European projects, organized by CYU

The objectives of the session are:

• Expectations on the notion of gender by the European Commission in European projects
• Introduction of the Letsgeps European project on gender
• Equality plan in CYU State of play
• Research focus on equality
