Institutional Coordinators
Institutional Coordinators contribute ensuring consistency and alignment of actions both within their respective institutions and across the alliance, helping identifying common ground and establishing shared rules to facilitate collaboration despite institutional differences. Acting as the primary point of contact for EUTOPIA initiatives, they facilitate connections, collaborations, and ensure trust and consistency across EUTOPIA members.
Institutional Coordinators also offer support to EUTOPIA's governance by acting as a trusted and supportive network for the EUTOPIA Central Office and by comprehending, informing, and providing advice in the decision-making processes of the Alliance Management Board.
