25 January: EUTOPIA-SIF Monthly Fellow Seminar, 13:00-14:30 CET. Within the framework of the EUTOPIA Science and Innovation Fellowship Programme, we hold monthly fellow seminars in which the 40 researchers enrolled in the two cohorts present, in turn, their research projects.

11 February: 1st EUTOPIA Talk at NOVA Campus Cairo - 'Cities on the Edge. Sustainability Challenges for Mediterranean Cities. Tales from Barcelona' by Antonio Luna, Associate Professor at Pompeu Fabra University-Barcelona
14-15 February: Kick-off meeting of the EUTOPIA_HEALTH project at Cluj-Napoca at the Babes-Bolyai University, with the presentation of the 7 Working Packages by the lead universities.
25 February: 2nd EUTOPIA Talk at NOVA Campus Cairo - 'Electroporation: from the laboratory technique to a technological platform – the complexity and interdisciplinary approach' by Damijan Miklavčič, Tenured Professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Ljubljana
29 February: Seminar Science Diplomacy at the EU Level. Following the Spanish Presidency’s intense spotlight on science diplomacy & the current development of the EU’s SD framework, this is a prime time to examine what to expect at the EU policy level during the Belgian presidency and beyond.
29 February-1 March: Seminar EUTOPIA Human Resources meet at CY.

4th to 8th of March 2024. Second EUTOPIA Languages Week. In-person and online, diverse activities will be offered across our campuses. Each institution will have film screenings, language tasters, round tables, workshops, and many more activities revolving around languages, multilingualism, translation, and culture.
10 March: 3rd EUTOPIA Talk at NOVA Campus Cairo - 'Artificial Intelligence and Archaeology' by Marcello Pelillo, Professor of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice

15-20 April: EUTOPIA Innovation Challenge 2024 - Companies-based Hackathon for BA/MA students from all EUTOPIA at Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca
18 April: Seminar on Science Diplomacy at the Regional Level, with Vastra Göteland

9-13 September: Impact School 2024 in Berlin. A three-day workshop where 30 doctoral students, three from each of the EUTOPIA universities, work on and showcase their own research while receiving training in storytelling and presentation techniques.
17-20 September: Participation to the 34th Annual EAIE Conference in Toulouse
26 September: Seminar on Science Diplomacy

Innovation Challenges 2.0: Researchers Impact Series at Univerza v Ljubljani (Ljubljana, Slovenia). This program is designed to promote the International experience for researchers, Intercultural and teamwork skills for researchers from different fields, Focus on the impact of the researcher’s activities with the support of mentors, Design thinking and impactful communication of researcher’s activities through training on writing and presenting skills.
