NOVA School of Business & Economics (SBE) PhD Summer School: June 19th - 22nd
Nova SBE is offering the PhD Summer School on Subjective Inflation Expectations: Measurement, Determinants, and Effects.The school will take place at Nova SBE campus and we are offering one course to students and professionals who wish to advance their curriculum and knowledge. The course is credit-bearing (ECTS), and it is is conducted in English.
Course Essentials
Subjective Inflation Expectations: Measurement, Determinants, and Effects;
June 19-22, 2023 (afternoons);
Instructor: Michael Weber, The University of Chicago Booth School of Business;
Course: ECTS: 3,5;
Tuition fee: the tuition fee is of 450€ (early bird) or 650 € (regular);
Application deadlines: early-bird deadline is March 15, and the regular deadline is April 15.
On the one hand it is to discuss the role of interdisciplinary approach to modern, complex topics of scientific research.
On the other hand, we want to provide doctoral students an out-of-the box experience that will widen their research horizons by proving the power of interdisciplinary in their own specific research fields.
Participants will have to develop a draft project during the week. At the end, the best project will win the School’s Award!
The NOVA University of Lisbon is looking for different types of participation. Of courses PhD Students will participate in the course, but they are also looking for mature researchers to act as mentors or keynote speakers!
