Student Career Ambassadors Workshop: "Shaping careers in Italy: journeys of inspiration and achievements"


The EUTOPIA Student Career Ambassadors are delighted to invite you to digital workshop hosted by Ca' Foscari University of Venice. During this event, entitled Shaping careers in Italy: journeys of inspiration and achievements, we will explore the pathways to building a successful career in Italy.

This online event is designed for foreign students and recent graduates, as well as anyone interested in navigating the Italian job market. Through direct testimonies and practical advice, the goal is to explore the educational and professional path in Italy, with a particular focus on entering the workforce, required skills, and available opportunities:
  • Navigating the transition from education to the workforce
  • Essential skills needed to succeed in the Italian job market
  • Career opportunities and how to access them
Speakers:
 
  • Rosaria Valastro: Talent acquisition specialist at OVS S.p.A, an Italian fashion retailer specializing in clothing for men, women, and children. It is known for its wide presence in Italy and growing international expansion.
  • Marta Novello: expert project manager at Reply, an Italian IT consulting and digital services company that focuses on innovative solutions in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and digital transformation for businesses across various industries.
  • Omar Rosi:  Retail marketing manager at EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of eyewear, combining Essilor’s expertise in ophthalmic lenses with Luxottica’s strength in frames and retail. It owns brands like Ray-Ban and Oakley and operates a vast network of optical retail stores.
