SpaceHACK for Sustainability on March 21-22, 2025

We are pleased to invite students across the EUTOPIA Alliance to participate in the SpaceHACK for Sustainability on March 21-22, either in person at CY Cergy Paris University or online.

What is the SpaceHACK for Sustainability?

Organised by Arizona State University, with CY Cergy Paris as a co-organiser, the SpaceHACK is a hands-on, high-energy challenge where student teams work together over a day and a half to analyse actual satellite data and propose solutions to sustainability challenges.

No experience with satellite data? No worries! Training will be provided at the start of the event to help you access and interpret the data effectively. The SpaceHACK is accessible to students of all backgrounds: take advantage of it to widen your horizons and diversify your skill set.

We bring students, faculty, and experts together to tackle global sustainability challenges with satellite data.

With workshops, mentorship, and prizes, SpaceHACK is more than a competition—it’s a chance to connect, innovate, and make an impact.

This is a unique opportunity to work on real-world sustainability challenges alongside international students and experts, using satellite data to develop innovative solutions.
