Highlighting the Mobility Portal: New Features and Future Plans at EUTOPIA Week in CY

During the EUTOPIA Week in Cergy on November 26 2024, the Mobility Portal, an instrument enhanced and improved within the EUTOPIA_HEALTH project, took center stage at the EUTOPIA Initiatives session. Members of the University of Ljubljana team, who have been instrumental in the portal's development, presented its recent upgrades, new functionalities, and plans for further enhancement.

The presentation detailed the extensive work completed over the summer, guided by user feedback. Initially, universities noted issues with limited coverage, lack of engagement, and a challenging user experience. Addressing these, the Ljubljana team, led by Benjamin Strajnar, introduced a redesigned portal with significant improvements:

  •  Aesthetic alignment with EUTOPIA branding and coverage for all member countries.
  • Simplified user navigation with a streamlined questionnaire and visualized legal guidance.
  • New features, including the ability to save responses, and export information to PDF

The team also announced new tools and features to support universities in improving management and engagement across the network.

This presentation marked a significant milestone, showcasing the results of collaborative efforts to create a more inclusive and user-friendly tool. Looking ahead, the portal is set to continue evolving, with broader accessibility and enhanced functionality for researchers, staff, and students alike.
