First international conference of the Global Alumni Network of the University of Ljubljana (SMUL)
Members of the EUTOPIA Alliance are cordially invited to the first international conference of the Global Alumni Network of the University of Ljubljana (SMUL) entitled The importance of knowledge and the university in society: comparative international perspectives and new opportunities for cooperation.
The conference will take place on 7 October 2024 at the Academy of Music of the University of Ljubljana and aims at an open discussion on the importance and value of organised integrated education, knowledge and the university in today's society and the return of Slovenian experts from abroad. We have invited three prominent guests who will reflect on the meaning of knowledge, recognition and behaviour from their respective perspectives. We will also be organising a roundtable discussion on how to promote the return of Slovenian experts.
