EUTOPIA Week in Cluj-Napoca is here!

EUTOPIA Weeks marks crucial milestones in the EUTOPIA alliance's journey, occurring biannually with member universities taking turns hosting in the construction of the EUTOPIA alliance. These are held biannually, with member universities rotating as hosts. These events bring together the Alliance's Boards and Councils to discuss the coherence and direction of projects and programs. They also offer a unique opportunity to engage with the host institution, facilitating meetings with vice-rectors, deans, professors, teachers, researchers, and students.

The first EUTOPIA Week of 2024, hosted by Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca from June 17-20, will feature the ten European member universities and their six global partners. This edition, "Pathways to Cohesion," will focus on initiatives fostering unity and collaboration among universities. The goal is to create interconnected networks where institutions can collaborate, share resources, and innovate collectively. This promotes inclusive education and ensures that students and faculty from diverse backgrounds benefit from shared knowledge and opportunities. This approach aims to develop a more integrated and cohesive European Higher Education Area.

Taking advantage of the presence of numerous individuals involved in the EUTOPIA_HEALTH project, Babeș-Bolyai University is organizing the first HEALTH DAY on June 20. This day will focus on health-related topics, leveraging the expertise and collaboration opportunities provided by the EUTOPIA alliance's health project.

During the EUTOPIA Week, various high-level meetings and discussions will occur, underscoring the alliance's commitment to fostering a collaborative academic environment. Participants will engage in sessions exploring best practices and strategies for achieving cohesion in higher education, addressing the challenges and opportunities of an interconnected world.
