EUTOPIA_HEALTH Training on Ethical and Professionalism Aspects of Health-Related Datasets


The University of Ljubljana invites you to participate in a symposium titled Ethical and Professionalism Aspects of Dealing with Health-Related Datasets, which will take place on 20 November 2025 at the University of Ljubljana.

This event will bring together experts from data science, health sciences, law, ethics, and policy to examine the challenges and responsibilities of working with health data. Key topics will include:
  • Privacy, protection, and secure handling of sensitive health information,
  • Ethical obligations of researchers and institutions in the collection, processing, and sharing of health datasets,
  • Trust, transparency, and public interest in health data governance,
  • Professional standards and practices for ensuring responsible data use in health research.
We believe this symposium will provide a valuable platform for insightful dialogue and collaboration among stakeholders committed to upholding high ethical and professional standards in health data work.
