Staff Training Opportunity: Brussels Erasmus Week 2026 (BREW)


Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), in collaboration with Babeș-Bolyai University (UBB), is organising Brussels Erasmus Week (BREW) from 23–27 March 2026 in Brussels. 
 

BREW is a staff training week designed primarily for professional staff involved in Erasmus+ KA2, KA3, and Jean Monnet projects, with participation open more broadly to higher education professionals. The programme will focus on the upcoming Erasmus+ 2028–2034 cycle and include reflections on the interim evaluation of the current programme.

Throughout the week, participants will engage in interactive workshops, mentoring sessions, and discussions with EU policymakers, higher education experts, and project practitioners. The programme also features site visits to EU institutions, alongside opportunities for networking and cultural exchange.

Social events will complement the professional programme, giving participants a chance to experience Belgian culture, including its well-known brewing tradition — the inspiration behind the event’s name.
