EUTOPIA is an alliance of ten universities that seeks to establish multidisciplinary joint education courses and research and innovation communities. The goal is to enhance the curriculum and research offerings of each institution while expanding mutual exchanges and connecting their regions through a joint impact strategy. EUTOPIA engages with stakeholders at local and global levels and optimizes resources to increase the visibility and attractiveness of partner institutions.

As a confederation, EUTOPIA respects the autonomy of its members and accommodates national regulatory frameworks while remaining flexible in expanding its membership. The governance structure is transparent and collaborative, with equal representation of members in decision-making bodies. EUTOPIA encourages collaboration among partners and does not promote competition. Collaboration is key while allowing for independent action where appropriate.
