ICUR: The International Conference of Undergraduate Research (ICUR)

What is ICUR?

The International Conference of Undergraduate Research (ICUR) is an annual, two-day academic conference that showcases the best in undergraduate research from around the world. It was established through a collaboration between staff at the University of Warwick, and Monash University in 2013. ICUR now annually includes up to fifteen institutions across six continents.

ICUR fosters international connections and interdisciplinary conversations between undergraduates from partner institutions. It provides a rigorous yet supportive forum for students to engage in global research dialogue, discuss ideas, and receive feedback from their peers.

Through ICUR, undergraduates have the unique opportunity to experience an international conference without leaving their home campus, and they participate in sessions with students at other institutions through the latest in high-definition digital video conferencing technologies.
