The EUTOPIA Young Leaders Academy is a community of promising and independent researchers who share and promote European values as well as the EUTOPIA vision of an interconnected academic environment. The members are comprised of early to mid-career researchers, between 2 to 12 years after PhD completion, appointed for 2 years.

Mikołaj Kasprzak, is a tenure-track assistant professor at ESSEC Business School (CY partner), specialising in mathematical statistics and applied probability.
