Join the audience of a challenging Moot Court Competiton organized by ELSA at CY Cergy Paris University
Every year the CY Branch of the European Law Student Association (ELSA) organizes a Moot Court Competition on a contentious topic, where students in law take up the role of attorneys and juries... This year, eight selected students will tackle two cases on the topic of medically assisted euthanasia.
The students trained under their professors in anglo-american law Mr. Yates, Mr. Fox, and Mr. Clairzier, in several workshops in the months leading up to the event, which will be hosted by the Tribunal Judiciaire de Pontoise on March 21, 08:30 - 11:30 am CET.
This will be the sixth MCC organized by the CY branch of ELSA, and a great occasion for the participating students as well as the audience to experience as close to a real court case as possible, in a real Tribunal.
