Did you know that as many as 1 in 5 adults have a neurodivergent brain? Think of people with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, giftedness, or high sensitivity. While communication is different for everyone, neurodivergent employees often feel misunderstood, which can lead to frustration. Fortunately, with the right approach, we can easily prevent this.
Neurodivergent individuals bring unique perspectives that can enrich the work culture and improve the well-being of all employees. By considering their sensitivities, you gain a significant advantage as a manager, colleague, or team leader.

During the "Neurodiversity in the Workplace" webinar, which is part of the EUTOPIA Diversity & Inclusion month, we will discuss how to improve communication for everyone, with a special focus on neurodivergent employees. We will cover:

  • How to effectively communicate expectations and tasks within your team

  • How to make meetings more efficient and accessible for everyone

  • How to develop an inclusive communication style, both internally and externally.
