New Eutopia Student Career Ambassadors Start with Kick-off Workshop & Talk on "How to Build Your Global Career" with Dr. Joann Halpern

Better international career opportunities and inspirational input through regular workshops are the aims of the Eutopia Student Career Ambassadors network. In this group students from Eutopia-Universities and mentors from their home universities meet regularly to exchange about career options and possibilities. They will organize workshops or lectures on career and international mobility options, open possibly also to the wider public. 

The start of this year’s workshop series was made by Dresden's Student Ambassador Josephine Borbá, who together with Peter Rosenbaum, head of the International Office, organised a kick-off event followed by the open talk “How to build your global career” by Dr. Joann Halpern, Director of the Hasso Plattner Institute New York.

In her vivid talk, Joann gave an overview of what you need to create and foster your personal network that opens up career opportunities all over the world. More than 70 interested students from different Eutopia Universities joined the event. We are looking forward to more workshops to come, organized by the student career ambassadors!
