Meet the fellows of the 2nd Cohort of the Young Leaders Academy

The EUTOPIA Young Leaders Academy is a community of promising and independent researchers who share and promote European values as well as the EUTOPIA vision of an interconnected academic environment. The members are comprised of early to mid-career researchers, between 2 to 12 years after PhD completion, appointed for 2 years.



Pierre Milbéo is a lecturer in the Department of Chemistry at CY Cergy Paris Université and researcher at the CNRS (Centre national de la recherche scientifique) Biosciences Research Unit.





Georgiana Mihut is an assistant professor at the University of Warwick in the Department of Education Studies and a higher education researcher.




Stefaan Verhulst is an Assistant Professor at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), and a liver fibrosis researcher.

 


Nausikaä El-Mecky, is tenure track researcher in History of Art & Visual Culture at the Department of Humanities at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona. Marta Barniol-Xicota is tenure track researcher in Chemical Biology with the Department of Medicine and Life Sciences at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona.

 


Nausica Palazzo is an Assistant Professor in Constitutional Law at NOVA School of Law in Lisbon (Portugal)

 


Ross David Jansen-van Vuuren is a postdoctoral research fellow in Chemistry at the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia).

 

Caterina Cruciani is an Assistant Professor in Financial Markets and Institutions at the Venice School of Management, part of Ca' Foscari University of Venice.
