On 28 April, Mattia Bellotti, Secretary-General of EUTOPIA, participated in a Keynote panel on the Reflections on European University Alliances Impact, as part of the CIVIS Unit Summit 2026 at Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Moderated by François Heinderyckx (ULB, CIVIS), the panel also featured Yann-Maël Bideau (European Commission), Ieva Grumbinaitė (PPMI), and Sophia Karner (Secretary-General of Una Europa).
The discussion addressed the opportunities and systemic challenges that alliances will face as they consolidate, diversify, and push for deeper integration in the years to come.
