EUTOPIA’s strategic vision and its implementation are driven through three coordinated governing bodies that shape the Alliance’s direction and translate its vision into action.
The Board of Presidents, bringing together the Rectors, Presidents or Vice-Chancellors of our ten member universities, provides the highest level of strategic leadership within the Alliance. It defines the long-term Alliance’s vision, drives transformative policy and institutional ambition, and steers sustainable development across universities. The Board of Directors oversees operational management, financial integrity, and legal compliance, ensuring the alliance functions effectively and responsibly. Meanwhile, the Alliance Management Board coordinates the effective implementation of strategic priorities across institutions and projects.
Together, these bodies strengthen collaboration, foster innovation, and create meaningful opportunities for students, researchers, and beyond, reinforcing EUTOPIA’s ability to contribute to the advancement of higher education in Europe.
