Get Involved

EUTOPIA champions student involvement across its ten partner universities, creating a vibrant community for learners from bachelor’s to PhD level. If you’re studying at a member institution, here are some exciting ways to engage internationally without too much disruption:

Student Career Ambassadors: Become a part of a dynamic network where selected students connect with opportunities across Europe! Ambassadors help incoming peers settle in and run workshops that explore national job markets and careers in the EU—perfect for anyone looking to broaden their horizons.

Ideas Club: Join our annual student-led debates that dive into European values, intercultural differences, inclusion, and citizenship. This is a fantastic way to sharpen your argumentation skills while building valuable connections with fellow students from various backgrounds.

TeamWork: Dive into our online summer programme, typically lasting four weeks with around ten hours of commitment each week. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to tackle real challenges posed by organisations—it’s a great way to gain experience and make an impact!

Innovation Challenges for Students: Participate in our short, intensive events, usually lasting about a week, where you can address pressing societal issues in cross-disciplinary teams alongside stakeholders. Some of these challenges take on the form of hackathons, and we periodically announce calls—you might even qualify for travel support!

Connected Communities: Engage with thematic cross-campus networks that enable collaboration with peers, educators, and researchers on exciting joint activities, projects, or outputs. Check out the catalogue on the EUTOPIA website for details on current initiatives—many of which are online or blended.

These opportunities provide a natural way to gain cross-border experience, develop new skills, and build an invaluable network. Don’t miss out—visit the EUTOPIA website or reach out to your local coordinator for the latest calls and details!
