As the moral philosopher Toby Ord wisely observed, “We have the power to destroy ourselves, without the wisdom to ensure that we don’t.” Over the course of three days, lectures and research-based learning activities will bring together students, researchers, and artists to ask critical questions, shape innovative solutions, and promote partnerships that prevent environmental destruction and enhance societal well-being.
