The English and Comparative Literary Studies department at the University of Warwick has opened the call for papers for its 22nd annual postgraduate symposium, which will take place in hybrid format on Thursday 21st May.
The ECLS Postgraduate Symposium is a fantastic opportunity for MA, MPhil, and PhD students in the English and Comparative Literary Studies department to gain conference experience in a friendly environment. Submissions from students at our partner institutions are also encouraged.
If you are a postgraduate student researching in the literary studies space, we would welcome an abstract for a 15-minute paper. There is no set theme for submissions.
Please submit a 300-word abstract and 150-word biographical note to engpgsym@warwick.ac.uk by Friday 20th March 2026. Please get in touch with the symposium organisers at if you have any questions.
