EUTOPIA’s Business Intelligence Unit (BIU) is dedicated to enhancing data-driven decision-making and strategic planning by providing valuable insights into various aspects of the alliance and its partners.
The main responsibilities of the BIU include:
- Gathering and analysing data about member universities and activities of the Alliance.
- Delivering qualitative and quantitative information to support the governing bodies of EUTOPIA and facilitate informed decisionmaking.
- Developing and maintaining a platform to enable comprehensive data visualisation for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifying strengths, weaknesses, potential synergies, and opportunities within the alliance to drive growth and collaboration.
