EUTOPIA establishes strategic leadership through its three core governance bodies. The Board of Presidents, composed of the Rectors and Presidents of the ten partner universities, defines the alliance’s long-term vision, shapes transformative policies, and ensures sustainable development within the European Universities Initiative. The Board of Directors oversees operational management, financial integrity, and legal compliance. Meanwhile, the Alliance Management Board coordinates the effective implementation of strategic priorities across institutions and projects.
