This working group ensures all activities stay on track and on budget while building the governance structures and long-term sustainability strategies that will embed collaboration across our alliance beyond initial funding.

We empower students, staff, and partners to drive institutional transformation through interconnected initiatives. This team designs the methodologies and coordination mechanisms that enable our partner institutions to jointly advance teaching, research, and community engagement aligned with sustainable development principles.

Connected Communities operate as platforms for interdisciplinary learning and research collaboration. Drawing on principles of co-creation and critical thinking, this working group establishes the conditions for sustainable academic communities that drive curriculum innovation, strengthen research potential, and amplify societal impact across our network.

EUTOPIA engages with local, regional, European, and global partners to co-create solutions to societal challenges. This team develops and implements our external engagement strategy—from place-making and inclusive partnerships to international collaboration—positioning the alliance as a trusted leader in university-stakeholder partnerships.

Shared digital platforms, mobility mechanisms, and support services enable seamless collaboration across EUTOPIA. This working group designs and implements the infrastructure—from open science tools to funding mechanisms—that connect researchers, students, and communities while building a strong institutional identity.

We translate research into societal value through strategic impact planning, science diplomacy, targeted communication and brand governance. This team connects internal expertise with external audiences, positioning EUTOPIA and its members as authoritative voices in addressing global challenges.
