Said Rahal is an Associate Professor at CY Cergy Paris University, conducting his research within the Laboratory of Mechanics and Materials in Civil Engineering (L2MGC). His teaching activities cover Structural Mechanics, Water and Utility Networks, Applied Mathematics, and Computer-Aided Design (CAD). His research activities focus on the modeling of material behavior, cracking phenomena, transport processes in porous media, rheology, and the 3D printing of concentrated suspensions. His work combines experimental and numerical approaches to address challenges related to sustainable construction materials and advanced manufacturing processes. In addition to his academic and research responsibilities, he is an elected member of the CY Cergy Paris University Institutional Council, its Restricted Council, and the Student Disciplinary Board, contributing actively to university governance and academic affairs.
