Marjan Kos (PhD in Constitutional law, 2023) is an Assistant Professor in Administrative Law and Public Administration and Head of the Department of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana. In his teaching and research, he specialises in European Union law, fundamental rights protection in the European Union and the member states, administrative procedural law, public administration, tax law and public institutions. He participates in several research projects and also acts as secretary at the Slovenian Constitutional Law Association. He established a legal clinic on “transparency and integrity in the public and private sector” and acts a mentor for the Faculty’s moot court teams at the “Helga Pedersen Moot Court Competition” and “Sports Law Arbitration Moot”.
